Welcome to Memory Maker, a 4-bedroom luxury cabin that provides the perfect space to bring your family together.

Located in the beautiful Black Bear Ridge Resort you will be just a few short miles away from all Pigeon Forge has to offer.

This exclusive log cabin community provides the perfect base for spending your days exploring then heading back to the cabin for a little peace and tranquility.

Just imagine sipping your morning coffee peacefully on the back deck or relaxing at the end of the day in the hot tub while breathing in the invigorating mountain air.

This large comfortable three level home means there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.

Everyone will love their accommodations in one of the 4 bedrooms. Memory Maker offers one king suite with ensuite bathroom on the main level, a king suite with ensuite bathroom plus the bunk room and additional bathroom on the upper level and a king suite with connected bathroom on the lower level.

Whether you are preparing a family feast or just a snack, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal and the BBQ/Grill means outdoor cooking can also be on the menu. The large dining table provides space for your family to break bread together.

When you’re not out exploring all that Pigeon Forge has to offer, you can spend time chilling and chatting, challenging one another to a game of pool, air hockey or Foosball or watching your favorite movie in the theater room equipped with projector screen, sound system and tiered theater seating.

Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience free admissions to some of the area's most popular attractions are included - with a daily value of $640. You will receive one free ticket per day per group to each of the following: Dollywood, Dolly’s Splash Country, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show, Skyland Ranch, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Beyond the Lens, Country Tonite, Big Creek Expeditions, Top Jump, Crave Golf, Paula Deen’s Adventure Park, Legacy Zipline, Alcatraz East Crime Museum, Rocky Top Coaster, Rowdy Bear Snow Park, Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud, Soaky Mountain Water Park, Comedy Barn and The Grand Majestic Theater. Tickets are not cumulative but do reset each day. There is no limit to the number of attractions you can visit in a day.

  Overall it was a great experience! Our only minor complaint were some small areas that hadn't been cleaned prior to our stay. Otherwise, the location and cabin were beautiful! A very convenient location and quick communication from the host!

  Our Women’s Ministry enjoyed our stay in the cabin Memory Maker and it is named appropriately. We made some incredible memories during our 3 night stay. It was everything the website said it would be. The location was great and the cabin was clean and well maintained. Thomas rentals was easily accessible and made sure that any questions or concerns were addressed. It is definitely a place that we would stay at again. If you have a group or family that would like a very nice place to stay for a getaway then look no further than Memory Maker Cabin in Seiverville, TN.   This was our group's second time staying in Memory Maker. We loved it so much last year that we decided to rent it out again -- and we were not disappointed! Memory Maker is in a great location and is easy to access from the main roads. The cabin was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Communication with management was clear, prompt, and courteous. In comparison to other rental agencies, S&D Properties (Thomas Rentals) promoted at a reasonable rate. We enjoyed time out in Pigeon Forge, just a few minutes drive away. We would highly recommend this cabin to others, and we hope we can come again next year!

  What an AMAZING cabin. This is our second stay at this cabin and we love the friendly staff and the amazing amenities.   We had a great time. The cabin is located in a really convenient area. It’s at the very beginning of the resort so the road isn’t steep yet. However, because it isn’t high up the mountain, the views aren’t that great but it’s still nice. The cabin had plenty of space for multiple families like we had.   Highly recommend this vacation rental. Clean, well equipped and plenty big enough for 3 families. Plenty of towels, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Refrigerator made a ton of ice so you don’t need to buy any. We played pool, air hockey and foosball which was fun! Kids loved the hot tub. Not a bad thing I could say at all. We tried using the fireplace but couldn’t get it working, likely user error though!

  We had a total of 18 family members that stayed at the Memory Maker cabin. Everyone was impressed with and very much enjoyed their stay. We will be going back next year. We have already convinced other family members to come along! We had some really great food from Geno's Pizza and McAlister's. Also, we had a wonderful time in Gatlinburg at Ripley's Aquarium. Everyone said we could have just stayed in the cabin and that would have been a relaxing vacation in and of itself. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have so so many things to do! We also went to the Lazerport Fun Center; they have blacklight mini golf, lazer tag, go cart racing, and a huge arcade! Our cabin was clean as can be and the one issue we had with plumbing was resolved quickly and the owner personally reached out to me. We cannot wait til next year!

  Our group of 10 had a great time. The property was clean and there was plenty of room for us all. The ceiling fan in the bunk room and the AC on the main floor weren’t working when we checked in. The issues were promptly fixed upon notifying management, so no complaint there. After long days at Dollywood, we all enjoyed picking up dinner and eating at the house. The pool table was a favorite amount the kids.

  My husband and I took our children, their significant others, and my grandson to the Memory Maker in celebration of my daughter's 30th birthday and my 50th. It was a terrific vacation. The older ones enjoyed playing pool, air hockey, and Foosball. My grandson thought watching his cartoons in the theater room was the best ever, and the entire family enjoyed watching movies too. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of fun and adventures. The added bonus of free attraction tickets had us exploring some places we hadn't considered in advance. Overall, the memories we made will never be forgotten, and we will probably do it again in the future.

  Had a great time in the cabin. Upstairs bedroom #3 mattress seemed harder and could feel the springs. May need to look into replacing it. This kept me from giving all 5 stars. All other beds were great. Kids loved the bunk beds, game room, and theater.
