At the end of a day experiencing all that Pigeon Forge has to offer and having fun together you can come back to the condo to relax. Cozy up by the fireplace, sink in on the comfy sofa and watch a movie together or open up the frech doors to the balcony and let in the fresh mountain air.

  Loved our stay. Great location to everything. Pictures didn’t do justice to the actual place. Got to take advantage of the free tickets that saved us 400.00! Loved having two bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen had everything we needed. View was beautiful. Fireplaces were cozy. Washer and dryer were a big plus. Very well decorated and clean. Management were very quick to respond. Easy check out.

  I went to pigeon Forge with my friend and it was great. The S & D Properties took great care of everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing that I’d like to see change are the mattress’s in both bedrooms. Mine was like sleeping on the floor. It had a base made out of wood with a thin mattress on it. Other than that everything was awesome.

  Enjoyed the condo. Beds were comfortable (not too firm), liked the choice of multiple coffee pots, indoor pool was nicely heated! Loved being able to have the electric fireplaces on in both the family room plus bedroom. Master whirlpool tub was nice to sit in and enjoy the jets. The family room television has about 25% burnout on the screen, should be replaced. The family room DVD may be broken, it never recognized any of our DVDs. Very nice mountain views at sunrise and sunset! Would stay here again.

  This condo was clean with nice furnishings. The view from the 7th floor balcony was spectacular. We like the location that is close to lots of entertainment and restaurants. Because Mountain View Condos are off the main parkway, it is very quiet. We like firm mattresses so we didn’t like the soft ones on the beds.

  Upon arrival to Pigeon Forge we received a text from the owners letting us know the room was ready a few hours ahead of schedule.
  The place was nice and clean, nicely deocrated. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots, plates, etc.
  The view from the balcony was amazing.
  The location is great, we did not have noise from the main strip which was very nice.
  Not having to check in and get a key was great.
  The owners checked in and answered a few questions we had.
  The only thing we thought needing an update were the mattress they were hard. It did not stop us from having a great time though.
  The price is good for the location and size of condo.
  We are planning to stay here again next year.

  We rented this property to stay in Pigeon Forge for a national dance competition. The location was great for us and the condo was perfect for us! The beds were very comfortable. The condo was clean and in very good condition. We also loved the mass transit in Pigeon Forge and rode the trolley out to Dollywood for $3.00. Dollywood (used the free admission one day) was terrific and I wish I had done it earlier as I would have gone again. Great place for a family too!

  We really enjoyed this condo. It is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge. It was so roomy and equipped with everything we needed and more for our stay. It was such a great price for the value.
  We could see the fireworks off our balcony from Dollywood each night.
  The only negative was that the master bedroom's mattress was not very comfortable. (This may be just a preference thing so I definitely wouldn't let this hold me back from staying here again.)
