Welcome to Rushing Water Lodge, an 8-bedroom luxury cabin that provides the perfect space to bring your entire family together.

Located in a beautiful setting along Caney Creek you are just 5 miles from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Close enough to both towns to enjoy everything the area has to offer. This convenient location puts you in the perfect spot to spend your days at the popular attractions but then quickly return to the cabin to relax.

Just imagine sipping your morning coffee on the screened in deck while listening to the babbling creek or making Smore’s in the evening with your family by the fire pit.

Two large comfortable dens with sink-into sofas mean there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet. Everyone will love their accommodations in one of our eight bedrooms that are all equally sized and equipped.  We offer seven king suites and one bunk room and each room benefits from its own ensuite private bathroom.  When you stay at Rushing Water Lodge there’s no arguing over who has the best bedroom – they’re all the best!

Whether you are preparing a family feast or just a snack, the fully equipped double kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal and the BBQ/Grill means outdoor cooking can also be on the menu.  The large dining table provides plenty of space for your entire family to break bread together.

When you’re not out exploring all that Pigeon Forge has to offer, you can spend time chilling and chatting, challenging one another to a game of pool or Foosball or try to beat the high score on Pac Man or Galatica on the 60 game multi arcade.

Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience free admissions to some of the area's most popular attractions are included - with a daily value of $640. You will receive one free ticket per day per group to each of the following: Dollywood, Dolly’s Splash Country, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show, Skyland Ranch, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Beyond the Lens, Country Tonite, Big Creek Expeditions, Top Jump, Crave Golf, Paula Deen’s Adventure Park, Legacy Zipline, Alcatraz East Crime Museum, Rocky Top Coaster, Rowdy Bear Snow Park, Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud, Soaky Mountain Water Park, Comedy Barn and The Grand Majestic Theater. Tickets are not cumulative but do reset each day. There is no limit to the number of attractions you can visit in a day.

  We enjoyed our family vacation at the Rushing Water Lodge Cabin. Plenty of room for large family. The king bedrooms are roomy and beds comfortable. The double queen bunk room also roomy and comfortable. Cabin very clean. Great location. The property management is very quick to address any issues. Just be aware that you are in the mountains and cell service/internet can be spotty. Would stay here again.

  This will be my go to spot every time we visit Pigeon Forge. It was a total of 14 people (7 couples)!! Everyone had their own King bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of room in the cabin and for parking 6 cars. The location is perfect, not far from the strip. The owner checked on us throughout our stay!!! PERFECT GETAWAY

  We greatly enjoyed staying at your cabin, good location being in close to all attractions and eateries. All furnishing were great, except some of the mattress and box springs could be up graded. Also hand rails need to be installed in all of the bathrooms, all in all we had a great stay.

  This one was not in a Hill, There were Closeby properties so was not quit. There were some construction going on on the outside of the Property so was a bit of inconvenience. Inside was super clean and maintenance was super attentive

  16 kids under 7, 18 adults. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen area could stand to be bigger. Overall, great stay! We saw bears 2 out of the 3 days we were there also!

  I severed in the military and my brothers and I try to get together every couple years. This was the perfect place. That house was in good condition and in a great location. There's a ton of stuff to do in the area. And everybody is very military-friendly. We saw the Hatfields and McCoy Dinner Show while we were there that was nice.
