Welcome to Sequoyah Manor, a 12-bedroom luxury cabin that provides the perfect space to bring your entire family together.

Located in the popular Preserve Resort on “the peaceful side of the smokies”, you will be close enough to Pigeon Forge to enjoy all the attractions but far enough away to benefit from the peace and quiet.

Located in a prime spot at the top of the resort means you will enjoy breath-taking views from every angle and a quick easy walk to the resort pool and pavilion.

Just imagine sipping your morning coffee from one of the large decks overlooking the gorgeous mountain range or relaxing at the end of the day in the hot tub while breathing in the invigorating mountain air.

Three large comfortable dens with sink-into sofas mean there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.

Everyone will love their accommodations in one of our 12 bedrooms that are all equally sized and equipped. We offer eleven king suites and one bunk room and each room benefits from its own ensuite private bathroom. When you stay at Sequoyah Manor there’s no arguing over who has the best bedroom – they’re all the best!

Whether you are preparing a family feast or just a snack, the fully equipped double kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal and the BBQ/Grill means outdoor cooking can also be on the menu. The two large dining tables provide plenty of space for your entire family to break bread together.

When you’re not out exploring all that Pigeon Forge has to offer, you can spend time chilling and chatting, challenging one another to a game of pool, air hockey or Foosball or watching your favorite movie in the lower-level den with its 70" flat screen TV with sound bar and comfortable couch seating.

You will receive one free ticket per day per group to each of the following: Dollywood, Dolly’s Splash Country, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show, Skyland Ranch, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Beyond the Lens, Country Tonite, Big Creek Expeditions, Top Jump, Crave Golf, Paula Deen’s Adventure Park, Legacy Zipline, Alcatraz East Crime Museum, Rocky Top Coaster, Rowdy Bear Snow Park, Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud, Soaky Mountain Water Park, Comedy Barn and The Grand Majestic Theater. Tickets are not cumulative but do reset each day. There is no limit to the number of attractions you can visit in a day.

  We were very pleased with our stay at the cabin. We had plenty of room and it's a beautiful cabin. The only problem we had was a toilet handle was messed up but they fixed it the next morning. We saw a momma bear and her 3 cubs and the daddy bear. I would recommend this cabin to anyone

  My family thoroughly enjoyed this home. It is spacious and comfortable, with enough air conditioning, hot water, and even internet for 24 people from ages 2 to 72. The house is located close to the community pool, a grassy area, and a pavilion. The manager was very responsive and helpful. The home has been used by lots of people - some things were not in perfect condition - but nothing that disturbed our stay. Once we got used to the resident bears, we enjoyed their visits. We used free tickets from Xplorie for several activities.

  This home was great for our large family ! Lots of room for everyone to be together or spread out. The home was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils and appliances. Community pool was just across the street. The views from the balconies were amazing and yes, we saw bears!

  We had 27 people stay a week here and loved every minute. The hosts checked in on us regularly and was easy to communicate with. There were some maintenance items that we found however did not report since it did not affect our stay or experience. We couldn't get one of the dishwashers to work, the jacuzzi tub didn't seem to be working, the outside deck lights on the lower deck did not come on. None of these things affected our stay and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

  This lodge is a great venue for large groups. It's also nice to have easy access to the adjacent pavilion. Our biggest disappointment was not having a functioning hot tub. When we stayed here in 2019 it had 2 hot tubs. Now it only has one and it wasn't working. The owner was unable to have it repaired during the 4 nights we stayed here. I was told it was out of her control. We've stayed in at least 6 different 12 bedroom lodges. This is the first one that did not have 2 hot tubs. I think any lodge that holds more than 50 people should have an appropriately increased hot tub capacity too.

  The Cabin was great. The views were magnificent. Everyone had their own space if needed. The only criticism we no common bathroom, guests had to go into a bedroom for a restroom. We would definitely stay there again.

  The 12-room cabin was great for a family weekend to celebrate the seniors in our family. I'd like to recommend recycle bins. We had catering boxes, wine bottles, water bottles, etc. We had one service call for a toilet fixture. The service text was handled promptly. Everything else was great and would totally stay there again.

It was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen included everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. Beautiful views and conveniently located. You cannot find a better place for a large group or family. Several in our group with large families are planning to have their kids and grandkids stay with them here for a summer vacation.

  We brought 22 teenagers ranging from 7th grade to seniors in high school and this cabin was great to separate the boys from the girls. We housed the girls on the bottom floor, boys on the top floor and chaperones on the middle floor. The cabin is easy access to the Laconte center where the conference was being held that the group was attending. The cabin was really clean upon entry the only thing I wish were different, is the washer and dryer as towels have to be washed each day. The stackable washer and dryer only allows you to wash very few towels at a time. I feel if there was a larger capacity set it would be more cost effective for the owner. Plus with a cabin this size a larger capacity is needed. But overall GREAT CABIN and very friendly owners, which even went and checked the road conditions for us the day we were traveling in. Highly recommend and will stay here again!!!!

  Loved the 12 bedrooms, each having their own bath. Plenty of room for 20+ guests to spread out. Great view from the decks. House was basically as listed on the website. Lots of kitchen supplies. (Except for wine opener 😧). We cooked every dinner at the house. Pool area was perfect! Shelley was quick to respond to our questions. Visited Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge although it was a long track down the mountain. Saw a couple bears! Yikes. Would definitely return.

  We loved the cabin! It was a great size for our large group. When we arrived it was very clean and one of the best stocked cabins I’ve ever stayed in. We also have to give a big thank you to the rental company and owner for working with us through a date change due to Covid. They were great. If our large group ever comes again we will definitely stay here again. If there is one negative, it would be nice to have the parking spaces for each cabin marked. There was a large group in the cabin by us and parking was confusing.
