At the end of a day experiencing all that Pigeon Forge has to offer and having fun together you can come back to the condo to relax. Cozy up by the fireplace, sink in on the comfy sofa and watch a movie together or open up the frech doors to the balcony and let in the fresh mountain air.

  This place was Extremely nice, very roomy, comfortable beds, WELL stocked Kitchen, 2 very comfortable Recliners and very nice bathrooms.
  The View from the Seventh Floor is amazing, no trees blocking the view of the Mountains, dab smack in the middle of P Forge. SHELLY was amazing, very sweet and very helpful. She checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Condo!

  Great location, quiet! It was on the 7th floor all the way to the end. So no neighbor on the left and great views. We did find a few cracked floor tiles u set the carpets and we let the maintenance staff know this. They were very responsive. Definitely would stay again! If you need a gym check out the Pigeon Forge Community Center. $30/week and awesome place!

  We are a family of six, so comfortable accommodations are few and far between. This condo was perfect for us... not only did it supply ample bedding but the living room provided enough seating for everyone and it was comfortable. Two bathrooms and washer & dryer are wonderful to a Mom. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Only disappointment is that MVC are not allowing car trailers to be left on the premises anymore, which is a concern for those who haul an antique car for the annual Rod Run.

  The condo was very nice. Along with the indoor pool, play ground, corn hole game. We enjoyed it all! I definitely recommend this place! The only set back for me was it’s not pet friendly. I normally take my dog this time I didn’t plan too. But for someone that doesn’t have pets or travels without them and has family this is the perfect condo. Location also excellent! The condo was very roomy for all of us and we had 5 adults and 2 kids. Highly recommend this place for your vacation spot!

  The condo was decorated with Christmas tree, and the condo have this beautiful view of the mountains. It is nestled in the center of activities. I can not forget to mention the bed rooms .The bedrooms were big and nice, my husband and I loved the master bed room with view of the mountains, and the king bed. My family had a great time and will be back this summer. This was our first time renting and now we prefer this over a hotel. We loved our stay. Thank you for a lovely Christmas.

  Spoke to Shelly at SDS who arranged everything for our stay, I simply had to send in a deposit and pay the final prior to going to the condo. Communication was by email and text, no booking issues. Really nice lady to talk with too! Only issue was the condo needed a deep cleaning as we noticed lots of dust under the beds and furniture. The bathrooms needed more cleaning too, attention to detail!

  The condo was great. Perfect amount of room for six ladies. Traffic in Pigeon Forge is crazy though. I'm glad I wasn't the one driving. The condo was near all the things we did.   The condo was so beautiful, well taken care of and very clean. There were plenty of towels for our family to use, any and every kitchen utensil/item we needed was there to use, very very roomy. My only complaint, and it was not with the condo, but the pools. They were not very clean, you can tell they need a good scrub, and the inside one had so many chemicals that our eyes burned just standing inside. They were usable, just wish they balanced the chemicals a little better and cleaned more frequently. The playground, corn hole boards and picnic tables were a great feature, and it is close to EVERYTHING. Overall I would give our stay a 9.5/10. We cant wait to return!

  The condo was spacious with tons of seating in the living room. Big deck outside with a great view of an original type attraction. Master bedroom has 2 doors that open up like 7 ft tall windows. Lots of really cool decorations all around the whole place and hard floors, which is really convenient if you have little kids, not having to worry about them staining the carpet or something like that. Even though pigeon forge itself was insanely busy when we went, there was hardly a wait for the elevator, and the condo is about the closest building to the pool, which our kids really enjoyed. And this place is right in the middle of everything you’d want to do in pigeon forge - go-karts, shows, Dollywood, etc are all just a stone’s throw away. Highly recommend this place, especially for the price! Also had great communication from the owner, and they even allow you to check in early if they have the place cleaned early.
